Documents are encrypted or stored within secure cloud services

Paper records (if used) are kept in locked storage

Only Sally Norris has access to assessment and tuition records.

5. How Long Data Is Kept

Assessment records and reports are normally retained for 7 years after the final service date, in line with professional and insurance guidance.

You may request earlier deletion unless there is a legal or safeguarding reason to retain the data.

6. Who Your Data Is Shared With

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

With your consent, reports or information may be shared with your child’s school or other professionals involved in your child’s education (e.g. SENCo, Educational Psychologist, exam officer). Data may also be shared if required by law (e.g. safeguarding concerns).

  • Request deletion (where legally permitted)
