Dyslexia Assessments
£575
Ages 8-17
A dyslexia assessment is a detailed one-to-one session designed to build a full picture of how a child learns and processes language. It includes a range of standardised tests looking at phonological awareness, attainment in reading, spelling and writing, working memory, speed of processing and language skills. The aim is to understand both areas of difficulty and areas of strength, so that support can be properly tailored to the individual.
The assessment usually takes around 2.5–3 hours, including short breaks to ensure the child remains comfortable and focused. The session is supportive and low-pressure, and tasks are presented in a friendly, practical way. Following the assessment, a detailed written report is provided, explaining the findings and offering clear recommendations for home and school.
Reports will be completed within 15 working days and can be used as evidence in DSA applications.

Educational Assessments
£250
Ages 6-14
An educational assessment provides a snapshot of a child’s current attainment in key learning areas, with a focus on basic literacy and maths skills. It is designed to identify strengths, highlight any gaps in learning and give a clear indication of whether a child is working at, above or below age-related expectations.
The assessment takes around 60-90 minutes and is carried out in a calm, supportive environment. Following the session, a short written summary report is provided, outlining the results and offering practical recommendations, where appropriate, to support learning at home or in school. Although the assessment does not diagnose dyslexia, it can be a good indicator of whether dyslexia should be investigated further.

Dyslexia Screening
£65
Ages 6-89
Dyslexia Screening comprises of 3 short tests designed to give an indication of whether dyslexia should be further investigated. The screener takes approximately 30 minutes to adminster and a report will be provided in two working days. The screener can be administered in person or online.
Please note, this is a screening assessment and does not diagnose dyslexia. It is designed to identify potential risk of dyslexia and indicate appropriate next steps. Where concerns are highlighted, a full specialist assessment may be recommended.
